Session rooms will be equipped with the following:
- overhead projector and screen
- data projector connected to a personal computer
- plenary sessions: PA system, lapel microphone, hand-held microphone if needed
If you choose to use the data projector, we would advise you to bring along a set of transparencies since, unfortunately, data projector operation is sometimes unreliable. The conference organisers do not accept responsibility for operating the data projectors, but student assistants will be present should you require assistance. It is advisable that you test your presentation with the assistance of the student(s) prior to the commencement of the session for which your paper will be scheduled.
